The Giver Chapter 13-16

Previously in the Giver Jonas is learning about the rules that he need to fallow with The Giver, he is teaching Jonas. Next Jonas started to see the memories of other people and in one memory's he see that people make Animal Pouching. Jonas started to feel the painful of other people because of the memories of his job; Jonas started to taking care of Baby Gabriel and Jonas started to see a memory of Gabriel that calm Gabriel to sleep. Jonas is seeing the memories of warfare, he is seeing the pain of a boy that die he is seeing that after the boy die Jonas give  water  to the kid.  Jonas is having a live not to comfortable because he is seeing a lot of pain full memories. The Giver is telling memories the he like, he like Christmas, and grandparents.

I will like to use this quote because Jonas is not going to take his pill and he would going to have many problems, he need to take the pills because he do not need to remember the memories that he do not have seen. Next Jonas was going to take the pills but something in his body told him the through the pill. Jonas knows that something weird is happened because he is seeing the memories and his body do not want to take the pill.    

"The next morning for the first time, Jonas did not take his pill. Something within him, something that had grown there thoughts the memories, told him to grow the pill away."(Lowry 129)

In these chapters a lot of interesting things are happening so I want to make a prediction of what will happen next. I think that in Jonas community a lot of thing are going to change because Jonas will started to see the memories of his family and Jonas will be very frustrated because he cannot have the same live he have when he was young just because of his assignment. I think the Jonas will said to The Giver that he do not like hiss assignments and The Giver is going to explain Jonas what he need to do when he is seeing the memories of other people. The Giver is going to be a good friend of Jonas because he will be there always to say Jonas what he is doing bad. Jonas will very frustrate because he is not free and he need to follow the rules of the assignment.

The Giver 9-12

Previously in The Giver, Jonas is in his assignment and he need to read the rules that he need to follow, Jonas is making sure that he fallow all the rules of his accomplishments, but one rule said that he can lie and he cannot tell his parents. Jonas meet the Receiver of Memory, Jonas is seeing in the wall a lot of books but he is only permitted to see the books of “Books of Rules”, Jonas is going to see all the memories of all the world some of the memories will be pain, and some memories will be of Jonas, and the memories he is going to see is snow.  Next some of Jonas memories were the snow, sled ride, the coldness, and sunshine. Then Jonas wants to know what was the Receiver named and he said:  “Call me the Giver” ( 87).

Jonas know that something’s was going to pass, he start to see beyond and he knows this because he start to see the color of hair of Fiona red and Jonas do not know what was the color red.  

In the books Jonas and his community need to have a pill and some of this pills can cause people do not remember their memories of when they were young. Also when Jonas was with the Giver he starts to see beyond that mean that he start to see colors in his eyes. “The Giver sighed. “How to explain this? Once, back in the time of the memories, everything had a shape and size, the cay things still do, but they also have quality called color” (Lowry 94.) Jonas do not what was happened when he saw the  hair color of Fiona different that the normal colors he saw in his life.  Jonas was very confused because he does not know why he is seeing colors know?

I want to visualize when Jonas was starting to see Fiona hair different with the color red.  Next that Jonas is going to see all the colors and he is going to remember his memories when he was young. Next I want to visualize that he is going to learn all the colors that he is seeing with the Giver. In the other hand the giver is going to teach Jonas how those it colors named. Jonas want can be very happy because he can see something that other people cannot see.

The Giver Chapter 5-8

The Giver chapter 5-8 is talking about the ceremonies that they have. Jonas have a dream,  he dreams with Fiona that he loves her  lot and this dream take place in the room of The House of Old, this dream was because Jonas take his pills because that was very necessary to the community. In chapter 6 Gabe needs to go to other family, but Gave wants to stay with the family of Jonas  is going to go in a place of Elsewhere.

In chapter 7 the assignments are given to Jonas, Asher and Fiona, Fiona and Asher were could that the numbers they have, Fiona was given the assignment of Caretaker of the Old, and Asher was given the assignment of Director of recreation the director do not could Jonas number , Jonas was very nervous. In chapter 8 they could Jonas and the director said that he is the Receiver of Memory that means that he has capacity of beyond, Jonas need to be very careful because of his assignment. 

Jonas and his community need to follow rules. For example "My father said he heard that story when he was a Twelve" ( Lowry 47.)

 

 
Jonas need to follow and to her every speech of the ceremony’s. Jonas was very nervous because the director do not calls Jonas name.. For example when they say "she skipped me, Jonas thought, stunned. Had he heard wrong?"  (Lowry 57.)  This quote means that Jonas do not understand what is happening, why they do not called him.  

I want to predict what is going to happen next. Jonas is going to be very nervous because all of the work he has to make. Also Jonas is going to be very mad because he needs to work and take carries of his community. Also the director is going to assign Jonas a job that needs to take care of the community. In conclusion there is going to happen a lot of interesting things.
